I recently bought this mold. It is a 240 grain 44-cal SWC TL mould. Does anyone have any experience using this boolit in a rifle? Will the TL grooves hold enough lube to make it to the muzzle?

This is one "sweet" bullet IMHO---great for medium loads in the .44 Magnum (8.0 grains of W-231) and in the .44 special (5.0 grains of Bullsye)...I can give you Chronogrph info if you'd like. It is very accurate in my Ruger Superblackhawk & my Model 29... Also does well in my USRA94AE..but you have to keep the velocity on the low side...
