I got a pile of various caliber brass. In it were a few 458 Win Mag casings, but there was one that was longer. I told Ken 45nut in chat the other nite about it and he said sounded like a 458 Lott. Well upon further investigation the head stamp say "Norma Re Special" and not only is it longer then the 458 Win Mag, the 458 Win Mag case will almost slippe inside of it. Here are two pictures. I know one or more of you fellows know.

Looks like the belted equivalent of the .45 Basic brass (long!) they used to (?) make so shooters could cut back to 3.25", etc. Never knew of a belted version.

Joe; it looks to be belted basic brass, Hornady supplies it also. Measure the belt on both I'll bet they are both standard H&H size, should be about 2.875 long, the 458 Win has the taped case(chamber), the basic comes straight to be formed to whatever you want, the outside dia at the mouth of that basic case should be about .513" and the 458 about .480. I think if you put a .475" bullet in it you could fireform it in 470 Capstick chamber- if you got one laying around for squirrels!
