I decided to go to the Bellville, IL gun show this morning. I figured it would be a nice treat since I just started a new job and I have been working 50 hrs a week. So, while sitting in the parking lot, I thought I would make use of my new phone and post this in case anyone was thinking of comming to the show.

Its been 6 months since the last time I came to this show. Couldn't find any deals then.30 min till the doors open 15 cars in the lot and 6 people waiting in line. Maybe there is some stuff that is not way overpriced this time.

The doors opened @ 845. Time to go to the bathroom. Looks like same vendors and same product. Have to stay in the concession stand area till 9.

One hour later, $60.00 less and I think it was worth the trip. Some good deals, not crowded yet and cold a/c.

Sounds just like the gun shows around here- fortunately our vendors will deal with you or trade.
Prices seem about the same 8# powder about $110.00, etc. No food or candle vendors allowed.

Don't you enjoy a cozy evening loading by candlelight? Where do you get your candles?
They are just saving you a trip. One stop shopping, see?

Most of the vendors we get won't deal. They are there to advertize mostly, I think. The ones that aren't there to advertize are few and far between but they are there. Usually when I see the deals, I either don't have the money or it is ear marked for something else.
