Can somebody reccomend a Lee mold for target with this caliber? Thank you, Tom.( Would prefer a soft shooting round if that is possible. Have issue with a pacemaker located in the shooting shoulder)

Lee only makes one 38 caliber rifle mold. It drops a 250 grain beveled base boolit that typically runs .379 on the diameter, though a few have reported as large as .381. The boolit shoots like a dream with almost any pistol powder load you would want to use, my favorite was 12 grains of Blue Dot, gavae about 1300 fps and shot monotounsly into 1.5-2" at 100 yards from an NEF Handi Rifle. The lube grooves are generous and I never found any need for filling but one.

...............The Lee slug is a good one. Saeco makes a 225gr tapered FN plain base in a 2 cav. I use it in my M93 over 16.0grs of 2400 and it's VERY accurate and has low recoil. Mine drop of WW alloy at .381".

I use a Saeco 255 gr tapered bullet in my 336CB. lubed with Spg, use FL size die with stem removed to Taper crimp, 17 gr of 5744 and I get 3/4" groups at 50 yds with a receiver sight. No recoil to speak of.
