Their CHRONY brand chronograph. Did you send it to them to get fixed? If so was it worth it? Or just toss in trash? A GC smacked mine on the upper left of the display. DRT (Dead Right There)!!! Midway has them on sale so I don't know if I should ship it back to have them tell me its Kaput.

Its a Gama model I got it off of E-bay 6yrs ago for $50.00 I got my moneys worth

I hit the wires running from the front to back

I was going to sent it in to be fixed
But they offered me a trade in value on another model

I went with the model with the remote display

It has been a few years
So I don't remember what the cost was

I had a gas check take out the display on mine years ago. Chrony took it in on trade for the remote display model.
Don't remember what it cost me but know it was less than buying another new one elsewhere.

This post is just a heads up for the guys who appreciate the name Oehler. The ole Master is making a special run of his Model 35.

I don't know what the sale price is on Midway, but Chrony will give you 10% for yours no matter what condition it is in (a bullet through the front of it etc.) So if the price is cheaper to send it in for a trade than it is to buy out right at the Midway sale price then I wouldn't trash it.

I believe that Chrony will replace a display for $30. Check their website. They sell spare parts & everything there. They will also take an old Chrony as a trade in on a new one, even if the old one is shot up & not working.

I would love to have an Oehler but I just bought a CED. Still getting familiar with it.

I use a Pact. I do not want anything out front that is expensive.
Gas checks that leave a boolit must be fixed anyway.
