for those thar cast for a ruger super blackhawk, what size do you size your bullets?

To just at to just above cylinder throat diameter after first assuring that the throat diameters are slightly larger than the barrel's groove diameter and that there is no groove diameter reduction under the barrel threads.

I have two SBHs. I also have a sizing die that sizes to .4312" as close as I can measure. These have to be pushed through both cylinders with a common pencil so they're a pretty good fit and shoot well in both.

I have loaded .432" bullets but they tended to be too large for the seater die and I had to open it up a bit. The .432" loaded rounds chamber but not as smoothly as I like so I settled for the .431s.

Obviously, your gun will be different but .431s a good place to start./beagle

My cylinders are .432 ea. i was thinkng about sizing .432 . hard to find a mold that cast .433-.434 .

I size mine to .430, and get good results.

I shoot the Lee 310 gc, I size to .430 for both my SBH and SRH

I have an early four digit Super Black Hawk. I size to .430" and get excellent accuracy to a hundred yards (max range at my home club).
