I don't know If anyone has said anything, but Midsouth has the 6.5MM Cruise Missile back in stock. They just shipped mine today I can't wait to try it out. I'm not sure what powder I'll use, maybe 2400 or 4759.

Just wanted to let you guys know that the Cruise Missile is available again.

Please let us know the dimensions and the alloy you use to cast them, particularly the nose and the driving band measurements, the consensus is that the newer moulds are being made oversized considerably. I got one a few months ago from Midsouth and it's about .2715" at the bands and .267" at the base of the nose.

Those dims are spot on for WW alloy. I lapped my front driving band out to .269 to suit my Carcano.

The Cruise. It's a beautiful thing:

That's it flanked by a .22RF, .17HMR and on the right a CBE .316 175 which weighs the same.

It is 1.26 inches long so depends on how fast your twist is. It needs 1 - 8.5 minimum.
