well guys im on vacation until tuesday. well i went to see my dad today at his house and conned him out of his rem 700 7mm mag with a leopard 3x9 scope. man do i got some things to start looking up. i just hope that maybe i can make this one into my long range shooter. well wish me luck i get home on tuesday and i will start on wed lol

Really good rifle. I have one too, but have decided it better w/ j-bullets. It is my long range gun, & for elk & up.
The 7MM/06 is plenty for deer & down & great w/ Pb. Stocks & scopes match in both guns.

..............I got a S&W M&P in 38 S&W from my dad when they were moving to Arizona. He kept it wrapped up under a drawer in his workbench in the garage :-) I asked him if he was taking it and he said, "Why, do you want it?" Naturally I said yes so the deal was done.

7mm mag is a good cartridge, and the Rem is a fine rifle. I've heard they'll shoot cast pretty well.
