.500 Whisper

I read somewhere on here about someone necking up a .375 RUM cartridge to .510 and I was wondering if anyone new where the thread was. I looked on all of the pages, but I wouldn't be surprised if I some how looked over it. I need to show it to a friend about whisper cartridges. If you know where it is could you please tell me but if you don't don't trouble yourself looking for it. Thanks in advance.

Just a tip. Instead of using the board's search feature, try using Google's advance search and use their site search feature works a lot better.
