I am interested in the lbt group buy, do you think a wfn 150 to 160 grn will feed in a 357 marlin 1894 or would the lfn work better. I will also be using thes boolit in S&W revolvers so would prefer a shorter nose.

You need to tell Veral that you are going to use it in a lever gun and he will move the crimp groove and make the nose shorter for you.

I tried his 160 grain .357 wfn boolit in my Marlin 94 and it would not feed, crimped in the regular crimp groove.

You will have a lot of problems with a lfn. I don't think you can get one to feed.

I would e-mail Veral Smith or go to his area on Graybeard Outdoors.He can tell you what will work or not.I think he can move the crimp groove and change the nose length to fit just about anything.
