A buddy that graduated from High School with me just, yesterday I believe, graduated from Recrute Training in California.
I wrote Daryl about the week they start in on the rifle range week 8 I think, I said in my letter make me proud and shoot an Expert. I got a letter back and that said it looked like he was on the top in his platoon on the rifle range.
I am going to give him a call this week to see how it went for him, he is home for 10 days then back for the Combat Training.
I dont remember what his MOS is it was Security Force then he switched to a Reservist ($10,000 bonus for it) so his MOS probably changed.
I have to admit I am jealous.
