Got a contract on the old house, to close in June. Soon will have only one mortgage payment.

Wills, Glad to hear it is working out. Because of non-performance of one of our realtors, we were in jeopardy of having two mortgage payments at the same time last year-scary1

We closed on the sale. Good to have just one payment again
