well guys it seems that there are alot of poeple asking alot of basic set up questions. i was wondering if this should have a sticky to it. i know there are alot of ways to do this but maybe we could come up with a casting for dummies thread. like one section be on smelting, just some basic ideas. then one be on gear for casting, just some basic ideas like stove top and pot verses a bottom pour. just an idea, i know thing that would help would be pictures everyone loves pictures

I know when I first started, not that I am a master at this or anything, I started a thread with this same title. I was rewarded with a link to goatlips' site which helped me quite a bit. Perhaps we ought to have a link to his site possibly with a bit more embellishment. Just a thought...
