444 marlins with ballard rifling and 1-20 twist

Has anyone had experiences with the recent 444 Marlin rifles,with Ballard rifling and 1-20 twist?

Well lets see !

I had a pair of "444P's" , a "444XLR" and a standard 444 of 2004 vintage .

I shot jacketed in all except one of the 444P's . And I mostly shot 400 grain cast in that one when I started shooting cast in it !

And yes they did a decent job accuracy wise :bigsmyl2:

Giorgio, I have a 444XLR with Ballard rifling. It shoots jacketed and cast bullets very well.
