I find out fedex can't find our place (well they can about 50% of the time) because they claim it is mapquests fault. Well mapquest was only off about about 10-12 miles so I complain to them on their info line and they send me a form to correct their error. I am stupid enough to think it is worth my time and effort to give them terraserver topos and comple estimates of locations.
They move the location 2 miles.
I guess they are like so many other outfits where web site fluff and advertising is the main effort and service falls where it may.
Oh well I guess if I post enough messages about their ability to listen i will make nary a dent, but may feel better after venting.
Now If there were just a site where such things got picked up and sent round and round.
The trouble is, some crook would pick up the site clean us out and fedup would still be lost 50% of the time, but at least the little brown truck could still find it.
Maybe the brown truck doesen't mind a little dirt and the pretty purple and white truck is afraid of leaving the pavement.
