When reading posts you will notice a "Quick Reply" box at the bottom. This is a new feature that allows you to do a quick reply without having to load up that new page to make a reply.
When you read a post and want to reply, You have to click the "Quick Reply" icon next to the "Quote" button in a post, it will then activate the quick reply box so you can type in what you need to say. Should make it a bit easier to reply to topics :)
