Was given a quantity of FA 54 once fired GI 30/06 brass. Deprimed and washed to clean some of the grime. During the rinse I noticed some primer pocket sized plastic washer looking things floating in the water. The primer pockets look like new with no residue. The "washers" are red and about .015" thick. First time I've seen anything like this. Any clues. Thanks
