Depends on what you are going to do with it.

A good general purpose boolit for 45 Colt is a design like the Lee 452-255-RF or Ly 454190.

I have a Winchester 94 trapper in 45 colt. It has a large chamber.

It shoots well with jacketed bullets of any weight.
It shoots well with hard cast, gas checked bullets of most any wieght.

I was not able to get it to shoot well with ACWW/plain based until I started using oversize bullets (456-457) in it which can be finger seated in fired brass. The Lee 457-340-RF, the Lyman 457191 and several 300-ish grain group buy bullets for the 45/70 have worked well for me.

I would measure the inside diameter of your fired brass and go from there.

I am partial to the group buy molds that duplicated the Lyman 454190 and the RCBS 270 SWC. Both have given me good service in revolvers and should serve you well in the rifle. But as sundog said, what do you want to do with them? Another choice might be the Gould (Lyman 458122) sized down.

The mold I use for my LA rifles for SASS is RCBS 45-230CM. I also have the Lee group buy 6cavity version. Great bullet, accurate in my Uberti and Marlin LA rifles and my Ruger 45 Colts. Should work fine in Win 94. For heavier loads, I use the RCBS 45-255 SWC that cast out @ 265 gr from WW alloy. It works great in my Win Trapper but never tried it in the Uberti or Marlin.

Cherokee is on to something with that RCBS 45-230XM and the Lee six cavity version. That is my go-to design for any 45 handgun. Tony
