I am going to. I just want to give a heads up for people so they don't wonder where it went :)

We're not planning on any new members?? Most forums I visit have a permanent test forum. They delete the posts after 30 days or so, but the forum stays.

Why yes,,I do hope for new members,,,lots I hope.

..............Ditto. Think it should stay. Just delete posts over 30 days old.

Sounds good. It will stay. Should it stay in the same order on the main page? (right below shooters.com) or should we move it somewhere toward the bottom so it's less visable but still accessible?

Sure, why not.

I think it should be well hidden as in concealed. Then a newbie showing up can prove his worthiness of being here by finding it. If not capable of finding it,is it someone we really want? Make them earn their right of passage. Somehow make it possible for the rest of to view the steps they took to find it so we can laugh at them.

We can always bring it back if it needed. Can't we?

I believe it could be so that it's visible only when logged in and located somewhere in the bottom?

Why is it we have to log on to use the today feature?

Got to agree with Carpetman,I think? We will need it for newbies when they show up. Should have a "Welcoming disclamer" as a sticky somewhere to warn same newbies of the danger hanging out here, enter at own risk, don't feed the anmials, etc... Sort of a online PSA.

Actually the Testing forum was created to help out new people. So they could come in and read the "sticky" post so they know they HAVE to click on an e-mail to activate their account.
As far as logging in to see the Today feature. I will try and fiddle with the code so you don't have to.

Just testing to see if I am able to post.
Hope it works.

Thank you, Ken.
