Hi Group,
I sent a snail mail to Joe and have not received a response as of 4/29/10. I am starting to get worried. I have a chunk of change invested.


I, along with a great number of members from this group, ordered in good faith and paid for AR15 Lowers, AR15 LPK's and AR15 Magazines. I have received AR15 Lowers and that is all. It has been well over 1 year and all I ever got since then are excuses. The last contact I had with Joe is below and this didn't happen either. Has anyone from this group been in contact with Joe Litch? I hope it isn't just me that he is ignoring. I have sent emails and made phone calls with messages and nothing has been responded to. If anyone has any news to share, please post it or contact me. Thanks.

Per our phone conversation I have an anticipated ship date for LPKs and Mags of the end of Jan. Also please send all subsequent emails to sales@joescustomconcepts.com. I implemented that address specifically for this GB. That may be why I missed you last message and didnt send a response.

I rec'd the lowers from Joe just fine. Never rec'd the magazines. Emailed Joe and asked for a refund and it came promptly. I think Joe's a fine person, just got over his head a bit on this one. I'm sure that, if you ask, you'll get your money back.

I have done all three, called, emailed, emailed to specified address for refund and none have them has been answered. That is darn right rude and crude.

I mailed a certified letter with copies of my m.o. and all correspondence and they sent me a refund for the lpk's.

I received my refund fairly promptly when I pulled out of the mag group buy months ago and took my money to copes who delivered cheaper mags of the same make in 3 days.
