Can Boolits be made of with Zinc Bars only? .38 to 45-70 etc

Yes and then paper patch. Make them under size if possible and make up the size with a wrap or two of paper. They shoot well.
Go to the "paper patch" section and learn all about it. It may be the only cast boolits we have some day.
Note-- if you have pure Zinc bars, sell them at a scrap yard and buy some lead with the profit you'll get..

Yes, you can cast zinc bullets in ordinary iron molds. I've cast and shot a lot of zinc bullets. I find pure zinc nice to work with, but ymmv.

Size, lube with wax, and load to as-cast weight.

It's best to cast close to groove size-- more than a little resizing can be difficult as zinc is much harder than lead.
