Condolences on Charlie Dell. I have his book. He will be sorley missed, but we can remember through his written works. I'll bet there's a "Charlie Dell" match soon, and appropriately so.

Thanks for the kind words. Charlie will be sorely missed, indeed. He was one of the kindest men that I ever knew. He had a truly scientific mind and USED it. I was priviledged to be one of his "Extended Family". He could not do enough for anyone of his extended family.

We, at ASSRA, lost another fine fellow some years ago, whom I didn't know well. I decided to write a bio for the Journal on people who had contributed much to ASSRA BEFORE they died. I picked Charlie as the first one. I spent a week with him at his home interviewing him for the magazine. It was a delightful week (we also got some good work done while I was there).
