Has anybody installed a dovetail ramp on the Ruger 32 Single Six? I have one with adjustable sights & the gun shoots too high with all ammo. Purchased the High Viz sight made for the Buckmark/MkII/...& it was too low (still shooting high). Was thinking of adding a front ramp that accepts the interchangable 3/8 dovetail sights so I could get the right one....just don't know which ramp would work with the Ruger screw on set up...it mics .619 at the end of the barrel. Anybody who's fixed a high shooting Ruger is invited to chime in. thanks, Scott

An easier solution would be to buy a Ruger Blackhawk sight from Brownells and drill it to use the screw from the original sight. Buy the .595 height sight and file it to the correct height after it is installed.

Here are some poor pics of the same installation on a shortened 30 Carbine Blackhawk. I decieded to try this rather than soldering as I usually do.

Mine was screwed on so I just put a shim under it. Bernie
