I believe Harbor Freight sells them. I know Northern Tool does as I use one of them for smelting. Works great.

Welcome to the forum.
I use a turkey fryer for smelting my WW and RCBS Promelt for casting. Those single burners just use the little tanks don't they. I think that would get a bit expensive replacing those. It might be better to go ahead and get the full size units.

The one I have is cast iron and uses a 20 pound tank same as a BBQ grill.

Is there a particular BTU output that is desired?

Some people do it on 10,000 btu. I found that to be a little bit light.

Farrell, Hullo and Welcome, You can't go wrong with a turkey fryer and they are usually fairly cheap if you look around a bit, it gives you a good platform for smelting :redneck: :redneck: :cbpour: :Fire:
