I gave a friend some Lee 150 FP's to try in his scoped Marlin 336, he stopped by with this target today. The load was 32.8 gr IMR4895. The distance was 150 yds. He doesn't have a chronograph, but the "book" speed is around 2300fps. The single hole in the lower left was the first shot, then he adjusted right and shot the 4 shot group in the lower right. Then adjusted up and left and shot the 4 in the center. I'm jealous.

This friend is my source for WW's, He works at the tire shop. I gave him some bullets a few years ago to try, now he swaps me WW's for bullets. Nice trade. I came home last night to find 300# of WW in my driveway.

Nice shooting! That Lee 150 FP is one of the first moulds I bought when I started casting for rifles. I've had good results with it in every 30 caliber I own but I've never pushed it over 2000 fps. I think I'm going to spring for the 2 cavity version.

That top group looks about .65 MOA with a little vertical spread. The bottom group shows a bit of vertical spread probably caused by velocity variation. Horizontal group size is about .25 MOA! The top group horizontal is about .3 MOA! Holy Cow:!:

Jeezum crow!! You mean you did that with a 30-30 and cast bullets? Lee ones at that? Couldn't be! Only whizzybang shortymags shooting condom bullets with plastic tips will group like that at 150 yards. Nice groups.
