A Little Crowin!!

I had Buckshot dehorn my 358156 Ideal HP & wrung it out with 2400 with excellent results at 30 yds , several groups 2 1/2-3" & the alloy could`nt stand much more than 1250 fps so I called it good .

Next boolit was the 357446 & got similar results with 2400 but this alloy had some tin added & went to the max with 2400 .

Now when & went up the ladder with H-110 & hit 15.6 grs. It was MAGIC , 10 shots 1 hole 30yds 1290 fps, Extreme spread 9 fps!!!! I went no further!!!

Tomorrow the 358156s are gonna get some H-110 under em also!!!

All this was done from a rest & I had my glasses on, A 6" stainless steel GP100 & the sun to my back.

Isn't it a blast? ! :-) Sounds like you are having fun and shooting well with fruits of your
own labor.

I shoot several plain base .357 boolit designs over 16.3 H110 and get great groups, no leading.
My Ruger Security Six 6" does well with them, as does the 586 +1.
