Primers and Powder on the way from Powder Valley

I placed an order for a pound of powder and 3,000 LP back in March/April I think of 2009, just got a call to see if I still wanted them.

So they are starting to trickle in.

I ordered from them last week --got an e-male today and they said delivery on Mon.
3000 LP 2#'s of powder. The primers were wolf-- I ain't going to complane--I have been told they go bang.

I ordered 10k of primers last May from Cabelas. I got the 5k LP a month or so ago, but am still waiting on the 5k small pistols. They are due in later this month. :D

I ordered 5000 SP from Cabelas early Aug, got them in early Sept! (Remingtons)

i used wolf primers exclusively before the shortage. picked up some winchesters before they ran completely out. i haven't had a bit of trouble with wolf primers. the local gun shop has plenty of primers...around 35/thousand for winchesters. i'm surprised you guys are waiting on them.

My shop has plenty to, but wants $50/1000. I'm not biting. Need to check out online suppliers.

Well I only ordered the limited amount because I believe eventually the manufacturers will catch up with demand. Still do.

Also I knew about what I needed, and did not feel the need to deprive someone else. The nice thing was I bought them when they were $22.50 for CCI, so not a bad deal.

My work keeps me so busy lately (glad to have a job) that I do not get to shoot as much as I would like. That may change as I am saving up my money for a progressive reloader, still doing it one at a time.
