I've been using Bullseye and Unique for years and decided that I wanted to try Trail Boss in the little cartridge with 75-85 gr. cast boolits. I'm not finding any references to using TB in this application.
Anyone have any suggestions?

60-70% loading density for starting loads in straight wall cartridges. In the 32 S&W I'd make sure it didn't stick in the bbl the first cylinder full.

OK, first is this the 32 S&W (short) or long.

for the long, imr lists 1.5 to 2.9 gr trail boss with a 90gr hornaday lswc.

I see no listing for the short, but the web site lists a procedure of 70% to 100% of the space below a seated boolit, see here

I would think this applies to solid frame guns in good condition. When you said 32 S&W, without saying long, I immediatly think of the hinged frame pistols of a century ago. If you are considering shooting one of them, please be very carefull, and very sure of it's condition.

No, its not a hinged frame gun. Its several Colt Police Positives and Police Positive Specials and a S&W Model 31-1 and a Taurus Ultralite in 32 magnum and a Charter Arms Target Patriot in 327 Magnum.
I think I need to experiment with TB, I like it in 32-20 and 32 S&W Long, both with heavier bullets than I use in 32 S&W.
Maybe you noticed; I like 32 caliber revolvers!!!!!!!!

Have you seen Rugers new .327 mag. GP100 and Redhawk?

Grizz: Yes, I did, I'm not impressed. Too big for a small bore. I have Ruger revolvers and like them but not in 32.

I looked at the offerings from Ruger, Taurus, S&W and all were short barreled, fixed sight, pocket revolvers. Thats not what I wanted, I already have that covered several ways. I like 32-20, but my 32-20 revolvers are all 80 years old or more, I like them, but I wanted a hot 32. 32 Magnum can be loaded up but the guns are not heat treated to stand the pressures that 327 guns are. I wanted a belt gun for use in the field, fishing, or horse back. The CATP will do all that and still be small. It has had over a thousand rounds of 327 and HOT 32 Magnum and it is a fine piece of modern machinery. I handload using a Lyman 311316 over AA#9 loaded to approx. same level as American Eagle 100 gr. FC ammo. Judged by feel and trajectory when shooting 100 yds and more. This coming spring I'll set up my chronograph and see. I like the gun and the cartridge.

Glad you like it. I have the Ruger SP-101 in .327 Federal but due to the lack of brass and the cost of ammo I have not shot it that much. Hope to rectify that situation soon.
