Finally......The Lee Gods Smile!

I have gone on a bullet casting binge on New Years Day for the last 5 years or so, and has kind become a tradition for me.

I cast mostly for handgun but picked up a 160gn TL mold for my SKS, and a 6 holer 429-200 RF for my 44 mag. I have had no small amount of grief with Lee molds dropping undersized bullets. I have had to send several back, and I will say, Lee has always made good on it.

Tonight, I fired the pot and found I got 2 good molds right out of the box! The 160gn drops right at .312", as advertised, and the 200 grainer drops right at .431"!

I know the 200gn RNFP bullet shoots good in my Tracker, as I have used a 2 hole mold for awhile, but am really curious as to the 160gn TL mold in my Norinco SKS.

It's a gamble with them, but I too have "won" more times than "lost" with Lee. This is how I have ended up owning 2 and 3 of same mold numbers, keep the ones that cast the size you want, ebay get rid of the others sometimes at a profit.
