after all these years of actin' like he wants to disarm all law-abidin' americans it turns out that ol' chuck schumer is a pedigreed pheasant hunter:shock:. it was just coincidence i'm sure that he was tryin' to get the last vote him and his socialist buddies needed to try to ram their "health reform" down our throats:veryconfu. i guess it's like ol' merle sang: we:ll all be drinkin' that free bubble-up and eatin' that rainbow stew[smilie=p:. merry christmas neighbors and don't forget ol' chuck in your prayers tonite, bubba[smilie=s:. for those that can't tell, this is sarcasm.

Bubba - And the beat goes on and on and on. I'm sure it's going to be like the continuing "battle for truth, justice and the American way". And we're gonna win, buddy. Merry Christmas to all my friends at Cast Boo. I've been hanging around here about a year now and I've had a truly great time learning about boolits and sawdust and all manner of cool stuff.
I hope this next year is as entertaining. Enjoy Mike

He could sleep with a Lee 20 pounder under his pillow--sorry he still sucks .

instead of a twenty pounder, maybe he could sleep with his head in a hundred pounder, going on high. 'course there ain't no brain up there to worry about so would just be a big stinkin' lib'ral mess-just like his governing. so guess there's just no hope for the feller no matter what devious stuff he tries. anyway, merry christmas everyone, bubba.

The idea of Chuckie S. with an 870, in a game jacket - it is to laugh...

And a Merry and Happy to all you buds on the forum.

Before we get all excited about Schumer, it is quite common for the elite to belong to exclusive duck and upland game clubs. Their right to own shotguns will never be challenged. This attitude is not unknown among trapshooters, either. I want to know about Schumer's inventory of rifles and pistols.

Schumer is a snake, plain and simple. Don't ever get between him and a TV camera either.

"Don't ever get between him and a TV camera either."

My Senator a pheasant hunter? I'd pay real money to see photos of him hunting! Btw, the complete quote about Schumer & a TV camera came from one of his Senate colleagues when the assault rifle ban was at issue: "The most dangerous place to be is between Chuck Schumer and a TV camera." Actually, he doesn't bother me so much, but many of the other 99 haven't exactly won my admiration either since they're practically owned by one PAC or another.

If you're referring to the assault weapons ban debate of '93, upChucky was in the House back then, not the Senate. He was creating fodder and press to make a run for the Senate.

With all due respect to bird hunters, gunning for birds has nothing to do with the Second Amendment.
Schumer is one of the most dangerous adversaries we face.

All these politicians have armed escorts, live in gated communities, etc. They
don't have the need nor the responsibility to ensure that they and their families
remain safe.

That is where they are different from the rest of us.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Ever wonder why they live in gated communities and have armed security. They are scared of the masses. That is why they want to disarm us. All hunters and gunowners need to stick together, divide and conquer sound familiar?

I remember when Kerry had his staged goose hunt in Ohio. None of my hunting clothes or equipment looked that good after a trip to the field.
