Who makes a half-round 45 cal BPCR barrel?

Any barrel blank can be machined that way. Green Mountain has a few different size octagon barrel in that caliber that could be made half round with a lathe. On average I turn out about 1 a month with half round. A lot more than that in octagon. Here's a picture of a half round with a wedding band.

John, how does the machining affect accuracy? I have read that it can relieve stresses in the steel, causing a bend in the barrel. How much truth is there in this? If I were to order a GM so cut how much would it cost me?

I don't think GM will do the half round, just octagon. You would need someone to machine the half round. Most of the barrel makers that are doing button rifling stress relieve their barrel so there is not much chance of warping. I have had a few that were not stress relieved properly that warped. I have been using McGowen barrels for a while with no warping problems. In the last month I have installed a few GM barrels, good barrels. I can machine almost any contour from a blank and fit it to your action. I believe McGowen offers the same service,http://www.mcgowenbarrel.com/
