Folks not in the know will say to themselves, "What the heck is that"
Some may even find the nerve to ask.

Nose art to Body art, I LIKE it!

I bet you were sore by the time it was finished, with all the shading and color changes.

Well, I had to wait 2 months to get it done, because that shop was booked out. My first tatoo and I wanted it done right.
Gear, not really sore but stiff. I had to sit for 3 1/2 hours.

Uwe, great tatt, mate. I know what you mean about 3 1/2 hours in the chair. I have a similar sized tattoo of a dog of mine that passed away. People would say "How much did it hurt?" I told them "Heaps, 3 hours of a tattoo gun buzzing in my ear gave me a cracker of a headache.":bigsmyl2:

On a side note. I heard on the radio today that the military (Army?) will not accept anyone with a tattoo on their right (saluting) hand. It's a new policy.

Whenever someone tells the cops "the guy with the boolit on his arm did it" should make it very easy to identify him. :)

I never understood the drive to mark up the human body, but your dedication is admirable.

Tattoo's are like everything else in this world. It's for those who like them and I do. When I was in the Army if you got a tattoo that became infected you could be up for a 15. I can see why your shop was booked up as that is a very good tat. You do know that you are now lopsided and must have one on the other arm to balance you out. Because of my military tats I was given plenty of undercover work when I was brought into narcotics division.

Nice tatoo I have a few of my own. My question is did they cut a hole in the arm of your sweater to do it or is that actually hair????

Nice ink man.

I like it and I hate to rain on anybody's parade but did you get permission? The only tatto I have: the shop now has the right to market it as their design, even though it was my idea. That could mean Ken's Boolette Gal has now become the tattoo shop's Boolette Gal. Whoever concieved her might have an issue with that, if she's copyright-protected.

UweJ
12-01-2009, 05:24 PM
The shop doesnŽt have a copy of boolette neither do they have a picture. I was there when he made the stencil and I took it with me when I left. Otherwise he could have seen it on the net.

Awesome!

I got a tattoo of my son's feet off his birth certificate on my right upper arm. I did it to get over a horrible fear of needles. Didn't help my fear one bit, but I always have my boy with me wherever I go.

More tin and more heat is needed, you'll know that it's hot enough when she takes her clothes off.

Notice the size of the scantily clad lady vs the size of the bullet. I think there is therapy available for those issues. HA HA!
