$50 would be a better price but if they are all LC and you need some go ahead. You'll forget the $30 bucks next year.

if it is once fired current production lc as in 07/08/09.....then 70 to 80 is ok.

mixed headstamp is more like 70 polished

and some people have dreams of good brass for less....but just dreams.

buying at 30-40,000 lbs in an auction today its tuff to break 45 ............

so retail less than say 65 is pretty iffy...

I've been getting $70-$80 a thousand for tumbled & sorted .223 lately. Price is in line.

That is not a bad price, if that is your only source. Just beware of the crimped primers

Also, cases marked "A D" are junk. Every one I have ever seen in any cartridge the primer pocket was off center, and I bent the decap rod in my 223 dies several times before I realized that.

Been selling mixed headstamped brass for $83. This is for a USPS medium flat rate box filled with approximately 1,500-1,550 once fired cases. Price includes shipping anywhere in the USA.
LC brass sells for $115 a box including shipping.

Jeff Bartlett is getting $69 per thousand plus shipping. $80 locally would be OK with me.

Shotgun news and website vendors have it for $70-$110 per K.

$80-$100 is realistic.
