I build this out of two massively heavy solid core doors. That's one of my garands in front.

That is one nice laboratory, looks like the only thing missing is Igor, the hunchbacked lab assistant! Congrats on a fine setup!

I didn't see it at first, but is that a Magma Big Mutha caster in the background?

................Nice setup. Too clean. Actually I like it neat. I like to reach for something and have it there. I have striven (strove?) mightily on many an occasion to put stuff back instead of laying to down to keep from cluttering things up. Try as I might in a couple days it looks like a trian wreak again. It gets to the point I just have to stop and clean up. When you have 16' of worksurface but couldn't lay down a golfball without it rolling off, it's time to do something.

Heres my bench. I do clean before I load. Otherwise it just collects stuff. Even been used to do homework occasional.[smilie=1:

Having access to all sides of a bench is a really nice luxury. Great setup.

I've made a few changes since building mine over the winter, but the idea is still the same. It's made a huge difference in the qualityof my reloading time.

Redneckdan,
That wouldnt happen to be the southern end of lake Gogebic would it?

It might not be but it kinda reminds me of it.

Can we get a close up of "The finest battle rifle ever implemented" (-Patton) I may need to own one, one of these days along with a m-1 30 carbine.

Redneckdan, I see you have your press hanging out over the table a bit. I also use Lee presses and do the same thing. Hang 'em out from the table. Great minds must think alike. I wonder why Lee hasn't seen that by now, and offered an accessory to do the same thing? (Actually my set-up sets the press up in the air about 6" and aout from the bench top about 4". I'll try and see if I can get a pic...........Lee:)

Yup, that the MagmaMuthacaster MK5. and far in the back is the Magma Lubemaster. which now has an MA Systems collator on it. Takes me about three hours to get 2000 bullets cast and finished now. Gotta luv that collator, just about the spiffiest gazinta I've gotten in years.

That a DGR stockset, in fancy maple with hand rubbed oil finish. I was so happy with it that I got one for my H&R Garand also. Both have Turner Saddlery slings.

I can't say enough good things about DGR, Dean's work is first class, and the for the price you get some of the finest furniture you will ever see on a gun.

I have a couple of those for small batches of bullets, and I have the huge black ones for large batches, about 20 of them and a tripod camp stool for each, which they sit nicely in. I also use them for large batches of brass I'm prepping. When you load 1000 rounds of rifle ammo at a time they are nice to have.

I've changed it up a bit. The press is now mounted to the side, where the black leather thread spool sits in the picture. I'm curently using .25" aluminum plate as a mount. The 2x4 flexed to much. The plate is better but I'm thinking I need to step up to 1/2"

Hey, Amy! What do you have to pay for a service like that? [smilie=1:

Not long ago, a nice lady offered to cook and clean for me. Said my house needed "A woman's touch". Her asking price was WAY too high!!!

I really should take a picture of mine to submit. I'll bet no one could spot a single square inch of the top, that isn't piled layers deep in stuff. Then there are all the tumbled over containers of brass, bullets, dies, and who knows what else.

Well, since y'all are dropping yer drawers too, here's a look at my favorite place of relaxation....

Of course it's "usually" in a state of immaculate organization with everything in it's place, dusted off and ready for Mama's white glove inspection! 99% of the "rustic wood" was hacked out of cedar trees with my trusty 32" Husqvarna and "Alaska Mill".....

Might as well throw a few pictures of my new setup in while the throwin's good. Just moved into a new house as of the first of the month and have gotten it this far as of today; been waiting for two years. It's heated and cooled by the house stuff, only my entrance is off the garage. Just took delivery of a new Lyman Crusher II press this week to complete my BPCR setup.
This is the main reloading bench with 2 Dillon 550's and two single stager's:

http://pic7.picturetrail.com/VOL206/1303399/2477311/159121947.jpg
Gunsmithing bench:

and the storage area at the far end, gun safe on the left:

Took 3 feet out of the wife's pantry to make it as big as I wanted, only had to beat her twice.
