I got a RCBS primer swage kit for free.
The cup to pop the shell off the swage was missing.
Couldn't find it in any catalog, so I sent RCBS an Email asking how much one would be.
I got a reply asking for my address and one would be sent "No charge" to me.
If that's not good customer service, I don't know what is.
