The last 3 Star sizer dies I bought from Magma were undersized. Even the sized bullets provided and left inside the die were undersized. Usually by about a thousandth. I used 3 different micrometers to verify this. To open them up I use two lubed bullets with lapping compound on them, and keep running it through the die. I periodicaly check the progress, by running a fresh unsized bullet through. Measuring it each time. It doesn't take that long to open up a thousandth. A customer shouldn't have to do this. You are paying for a particular diameter and that's what you should get. Granted, different alloys can produce slightly different diameters, but when the bullet they send along is wrong, it's poor quality control or just plain indifference.
