How good is Starline in a Leveraction Rossi?
I'm learly of buying used brass off Gunbroker. With my luck it would be 10 year old department brass that had been reloaded 20 times.
TIA,
Duke

Starline is my favorite brass for 357, whether short or long barrels. No Rossi here, but I can't imagine it not working well.

Wish I'd known you wanted some. Just gave away about a shoebox full the other day. It was kinda old, but it was all once fired. Had it since my old P.D. days. Bob

I'll look around, but I'm sure I dont have any more. Will it shoot .38 spec? Got tons of that. Bob

Check out Blue-Star. They're the only ones I buy from anymore. And they're speedy on delivery if they have it in stock!

http://www.blue-star-inc.com/

Current price on their website is $62.36 per 500 of brass, and $67.13 for Nickle per 500. Pretty darn good deal considering the current climate....

Duke, I have bought from Starline for many years and use their brass in everything I shoot. You have people who don't like the Starline brass for shooting in the Sharp's type of rifle but I have no problems using it for that purpose either. It will give you plenty of reloads in your lever actions for a good price.

Not to highjack OP's post, but I shoot tons of 38spec and would be interested in finding some more brass. If your interested in getting rid of it feel free to PM me.
We can have your people get with my people and do lunch, lol
Thanks.

Another reasonable source is Cheyenne Brass ( www.cheyennebrass.com ). Last time I checked though they were out but that was several months ago.

There is also a member (Frank1947) here that sells it fairly regularly and seems to have pretty good prices.

I'd send you some of mine, but I am down to about 300pcs right now with a couple thousand boolits ready to load.
