I try for .02 over the bore diameter.
If they shoot fine as is, I don't size them unless I'm using GC's. If I'm using GC's I size for the cast diameter that's shooting well.

In your case, .429 is shooting well. If you need to seat gas checks, size to .429 and maybe cast at .430

Need to know what gun and it's dimensions.
A S&W might work with .429" but a Ruger prefers .431" to .432".

i am gonna say you are buying your cast right now and haven't measured them but are going from what is on the box.
the only way you are gonna get boolits to pour the size you want everytime is to use a known alloy and have a mold custom made to fit/pour that size from your alloy.
what the rest of us do is see what our mold does with our alloy and then size down to fit our guns.
or just hold the boolit in place while the sizer applies lube.
or the third option leave them unsized and either apply lube by hand or tumblelube.
