I have one of these that I just don't use, but I'm too lazy to find & photograph it. In an effort to be up enthusiasm (and raise funds for a brewery), I looked in evilbay to see what they're bringing. Would you believe $10 and some change with a day to go? Search 190348349823. Might end up with two of the darn things sitting on a shelf..........:groner:

If you are asking $10 for yours, I will take it.

Don't let that fool you, the bidding will get vicious near the closing.

Joe
P.S. If you want to sell one of yours I'll pay more then the other guy.:bigsmyl2:

Wonderful measure. Dead acurate, especially with the longer stick powders as it will cut them without effort. I'll never get rid of mine.

I bought mine on e-bay a couple years ago as a nostalgia interest as BR in the older days used them. I paid I remember $75 after the bidding. Mine is complete not all are. As Bret said for stick powder there is no better thrower. Now it is one of 8 throwers I have. During the holiday time off I will use it for 4198 in my .222 and my 6x45.

I've never used one of these.
I do have a old Pacific that works just like it.
I find It's good with most powders, but sometimes cuts long stick.
Also not so good with light loads.

All the action takes place in the last two minutes on e bay.

They talk a lot of "smack" about going to the 15 minute rule like gunbroker but I think they like the sniping thing it gives the bidding "interest" and "excitement"!

$52.01 won't buy mine and I haven't used it in years but I could today or tomorrow!

I bought a small batch of stuff off a guy last year. He was selling some on Fee-Bay. He even had the web page up in the same room I was buying the stuff from. Anyways, I noticed a Belding and Mull measure, and even found the graduated tube, (NOT in the same place in the room). I told him to list it, that he would probably get $75 for it. When I left, he told me to take it, he didn't want to bother. My kind of deal!

I have two of the micrometer type measures for the B+M. Using decades old data from the B+M catalog I found that their settings are right on some 70 years later! Of course many of our modern powders aren't listed. but for those that are the old info seems to be right on.

While the B+M isn't convenient for doing large batches of ammo, for doing 5-30 or so it's perfect. For doing the very long, coarse powders it seems far more accurate over 10 drops than my Redding BR or Lyman 55.
