I just got back from the wood and I got my first doe with fawn on my trail cam. I have gotten some wild hogs week before last and nothing at all last week. I was thinking that the hogs have ran off all the deer. The land I hunt on is not very big but it's free. I can't wait for rifle season on the 21. I was looking around the land an fount a nice rub down by the creek and a deer print almost as big as my hand my hands are xl glove size. Shoud have got that on camera to.

I've been thinking about buying a digital trail camera. I think everyone is curious about those huge tracks we find but we never seem to get a look at the animal that made them during shooting hours. What kind of equipment did you settle on and how do you like it?

Just about anything could pop up in my area. Cougars, bear, deer, elk, coyotes, foxes, bobcats and all kinds of game birds may show up. Seems like it would be a fun thing to do, especially during the off season. It would also be interesting to find out if the big bucks and bulls would continue to use the same trail after being "popped" with a flash...:drinks:
