This is for a 3 cav. mould from NOE. Look at my post on the GB discussion. There will be 5 made, so let me know who will want one..
Should be good for the 50-70's and 50-90's.
I am going to use it in my 50AK Sharps and my 50-70 Ruger #1
Cost is $84 + shipping.

I like the design but I am thinking it may be limited to smokeless powder only.
Of course one could always use a grease cookie.
When would payment be needed on this? I am surely desiring to jump in but the timing is a bit off for me. Another member has enticed me beyond my resistance to purchase from him a 375 Hawk/Schoville. Do you think these can be sized down to 375?
That may make it fly with my minister of finance.

:):):) Bullshop, I THINK that .137" Might be a bit too much to size down
Payment would be due when moulds are done.
Not alot of experience with BP, so don't know if it would hold enough lube. Maybe a grease cookie would be needed.
Could this be used in the .50 BMG?

Possibly, but it would have to be under 1600fps and I do not know how to load the BMG that lite. You could use one of the 850gr boolit moulds that I have, to load in the BMG, as it uses a gas check. 2" groups at 100yds @2300fps out of my AR50

I wonder how that would work in my Swedish Rolling Block (it's uses what is essentially a shortened 50/70)? I'm thinking you'd need a 1 in 22 or better twist to stabilize it, and the RB has about a 1:36 as I recall.

My 50AK Sharps stabilizes the 750gr version, just fine. Measuring one and using the greenhill formula, it looks like a boolit of about 1.12" is about max. But with mountain moulds formula, it gives a safety factor of 1.3 and this boolits falls within that safety range. It is a, it might and it might not, work for you

Mr. Swede,
Are the 514-640 still available?
If so I am interested. Thank you.

We haven't had them made yet, only 3 so far and I think we need at least 5. If we get one more, I will order and just have a spare.
