220 Swift brass to 6.5 Jap

Just made up some 6.5 Jap brass from 220 Swift brass. What a chore but with patience can do. Followed a good article on the subject on line See pics

On the Guns Network google it great article 220 Swift to 6.5 Jap

I expand the 220 Swift's neck and then trim to length with a brass tubing cutter at a measured mark for max length for 6.5 Jap. a few twists with a LEE Chamfer tool to remove any burrs and then it goes back into the resizing die for a full-length sizing.

A pretty easy setup without all the brass shavings like in your picture.
