buffalo boolit?

may get to shoot a buffalo but what boolit ?will use my meatmasher savage 110 lh in 450marlin have a good load for 457122 (330hp cast from lyman#2) at 2100 or work up a load with 457124(385rn) any ideas? thanks Clint :Fire:

A guy I know shoots 2-3 year. He uses a 30-30 Marlin

Depending on range, anything modern should do the job.

Id use a 45/70 just to map the wound channel

accuracy will count,as will penetration.
iirc Lloyd smale has shot a few buffalo and has some good observations on his results.
