Torque wrench question

I've been searching for an inch pound torque wrench (0 to 100 inch pounds) to use to retighten action screws after reinstalling stocks. I haven't had much luck at auto parts stores - perhaps a small engine repair tool supplier? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cummings Tools, Harbor Freight for sure, and maybe Northern Tools
I got one from Cummings Tools, if you can't find one I may sell it to you as it's brand new and I don't use it.

Thanks for the info Joe, I've since found them at JCWhitney also - I don't want to spend the $ for an S&K or such - cheap is what I need!
