Experiences with AA4100

I'm a long barrel shooter, 357 Max in a Encore Rifle. AA4100 is faster that 1680 and slower that No.9 . From the loading data from the Accurate web site, looks like a good powder far 357 mag/max and 44 mag and possible 445. Any comment would be appreciated..... Lak

I use it in the .357 mag as a go-to load for hunting. A 158gr paper patch boolit, 16gr of 4100 and a non-mag primer, OAL of 1.575. Out of a, 18" Rossi '92, I get in the neighborhood of 1700fps. It's a max load. I wouldn't take it any further.
