Hurray for the ANZACs. No finer people or soldiers anywhere!

Add my salute to ANZAC. Some of the best fighting men in the world. The sands ran red at Gallipoli, and they stood the test.

Problem is reputations count for nothing in times of war

The mamby-pamby latte` set we have today would not hold a candle to the old Anzacs or Diggers we so honour. The politians have made it so hard for any youngster to learn to shoot, they almost don't bother. So recruits sign up can't shoot, can't camp in the open, can't even cook nor wash their own clothes and they try and make soldiers out of them.

We have 34,000 in the defence forces of which 4500 are fighting men. There is an army of councillors follow the troops just in case they stub their toe and need to talk to someone about it!

Happy ANZAC Day to all you good folks down under. Americans are grateful for you being our allies in a whole lot of wars.

..................Aussies, Kiwi's, Canadians, and American's. All frontier born and bred. Too bad the blood is rapidly being diluted in these modern times.
