No, I found that site in my search, but that wasn't it. I SWEAR I was on their website, it had a description of the company, a list of some of the overrun moulds and prices, pictures of the shop, general price list, another page listing the moulds they'd made already.... I know I found this somewhere.

Don't get me wrong the "I'm crazy" option is still on the table, but for one of my delusions this one was pretty clear.
