Best Lube for Lee Molds?

What is being used to lube Lee Molds and how often should it be applied during a casting session?

Scroll down to the bottom of this page & click on "The Bullshop" & order some of his Bullplate lube. Apply it according to the directions. Works great & you'll find many other uses for it around the house as well as using it on your molds whether they're Lee or other brands.
