There is demand for the .38/.357 cast boolit hollowpoint. That is obvious when you see the price of hollowpoint moulds on Evil-bay go thru the roof in cost !!. The pics shown are the 158 on the left and the 150 on the right. 8 grains isn't much of a difference when it comes to the stopping power of the boolit. The 150 grain boolit has a tad shorter body, but a longer and deeper hollowpoint cone. This forces the cone to expand a bit bigger than the 158 boolit. Both I feel are equally effective. The 158's I have are designed for gas check, where as the 150's are a solid base. I kinda favor the 150 grain boolit.
Just an interesting comparison .....

the one on the left looks as if it would open at low 38 speeds !!!
