Have had the mold for some time, and ran a number of blts, and am now getting ready to load them for my 94 Win, and Blackhawk. Have always been partial to heavier blts, and these run right at 185+/- a bit, checked and lubed, and are really nice looking pieces of lead. I have always been partial to 2400 for heavy blts in 357's and 44 Mags, but am interested in any data that you have worked up for this blt regardless of type of powder. Am not a gotta have max vol individual, but am interested in good accuracy at the best vol that is workable and safe to be used in both rifle and revolver. Thanks in advance to all who respond to this thread.

Try this.

He doesn't use the RD but he loads some fairly frisky loads with up to 200 grain boolits. This is where I started with my RD boolits.
Have a nice day!

Also in my Rossi I found that I had to use 38 special cases to make the loads short enough to function through the action. Works quite well.
